Our Staff

Rose Holicker-Southall joined The Adkins Law Firm in 2011 as a paralegal.  Rose brings experience in Personal Injury, Family Law, Real Estate, Insurance and Estate Planning to the Firm.  Her background includes working as a legal secretary and paralegal in other law firms as well as insurance, financial planning and business consulting.

Rose is an alumnus of West Virginia State University and a current graduate student at the University of Charleston where she is pursuing her MBA.  She resides in the Kanawha Valley with her husband and enjoys boating, reading and traveling in her free time.
